Mixed berry smoothie

Need an extra boost to get you through your day? Try this delicious berry smoothie to give you the extra protein to tackle your next challenge.

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of frozen berries

  • 2 blocks of frozen spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 clementine

  • 1-2 TBSP of plain yoghurt

  • 1 TBSP of hop cricket powder

  • 1 TSP of chia seeds

  • Honey

Method


1. Add all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, to a blender and add some water filling it to the top.

2. Add a generous squeeze of honey then blend away

3.Top with chia seeds and pour into your favourite mug!
