I took a little nibble to start with unsure what to expect and was actually quite surprised. It tasted rather good. So I took another, more substantial bite and found I was rather enjoying it! ...Before I knew it, it was eaten to which I felt a bit disappointed if I'm honest.
At first I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised...The hazelnut aftertaste stays for some time after you're done with the bar and it's lovely....as far as nut flavour bars, this is, by far, the best one I had. 5 stars!
My favourite thing about this bar is that it is made with cricket flour! What an awesome way to get in your protein and it’s a complete protein...10g protein for only 111 calories fitted into my macros as the perfect snack before my run. Extra bonus that it is gluten free too.
